The two main characters of the show undergo a gender reassignment surgery. The women (played by the same actors) are then thrust into situations such as whoring out to their friend's father and engaging in some lesbian sex with an ex girlfriend.

There is a new fx series called Testees. If you go to the fx
channel website, they have clips that include a pregnant man, and
one in which the protaganists undergo gender reassignment. Same
actors, so it looks nothing more than CD, but appears it is truly a
transformation. It never comes out the way I hope. So it goes.

i saw the first episode (i had the day off) and liked it, but i
work weeknights so will likely miss the second. too bad as i want
to see it. I'd love to see clips of them changing gender (growing
tits, etc.) but knowing my luck either their will be no clips, or
only clips of them post change posted on youtube.

FOX is one of the few networks that put their shows up for Internet
viewing. Maybe it will show up on their site at fxnetworks.com or
at HULU.com. I have watched many of their shows online, in fact I
no longer use cable to watch tv. I only have cable Internet.
Between Netflix and HULU I get most of my tv. So don't let them
program for you, you program what you want when you want.

This show will also be aired in Canada on SHOWCASE - Tuesdays at
9:00 pm.
Here are some additional details I have found:
"Canada�s Kenny Hotz, creator of Comedy Central�s �Kenny vs.
Spenny,� is behind this sitcom about two friends who work as
professional test subjects. They�re �testees� � get it? The place
they work is called Testico. (Say it out loud.) Expect side
effects."
Testees is a co-production between Canwest in Canada and the FX
network.
Testees is a half-hour comedy about two best friends and roommates
who work as test subjects for TESTICO, an experimental drug &
product testing facility.
Peter and Ron are thirty-something adolescents refusing to grow up
and like most guys, seek fame, fortune, and females. In each
episode the guys are given an experimental product, medication or
treatment to test. They then have to deal with whatever ridiculous
side-effects occur while trying to go about their lives.
Episode 2 is called "Pill For Men" and airs on Tuesday Oct. 21 -
9:00 pm ET
"A radical new procedure gives Peter and Ron a chance to walk a
mile in size nine pumps. Seeing life from a woman's perspective
sends them on a journey of sexual awakening and self discovery,
proving you can put lipstick on two pigs. "

The promo for tonights episode is on the official website. It's
slightly abbreviated. In another version, Kate prefaces the
exclamation, "you guys are girls!" with the statement, "this is
incredible!" But, whatever. I'm looking forward to seeing this.

Peter actually shoved a carrot up his "thing" and he actually saw
Ron's female silouhette in the shower, then they show up at Kate's
bar.
Best part was when "Rhonda" aka Ron gets to try out being a lesbian
with his/her ex girlfriend, hit on by guys, and Nugget's dad
propositions "Patricia" aka Peter for sex.
It was on at 10:30PM and again at 11:30PM Thurs. 10/16/08.

Also easiest way to watch the show is to just go to the fxnetworks
website. Entire episode is online. (May be restrictions for peeps
outside the US)
