A couple years ago a Russian speaker who was a Margosha fan sometimes posted here. She could probably answer the Margot-Gosha marriage question, exactly how Margot explained it. But I expect Margot fixed one lie with another. Like, maybe Margot would say that she was only a step-cousin to Gosha, or something like that. As for the other question, there was a sci-fi anthology series, Perversions of Science, I think. An egotistical male had it all, but regretted that he hadn't had the perfect woman in his life. So he got a sex change and surgery to make himself a bombshell and when back in time to be the thing that his past self was missing. Where the erotic is concerned, there will always be at least a few people in the world who are game for almost anything.

Umm, the English subtitles are available with the show on Dropbox. Granted, they're AI Generated but they are more than enough to understand the series.
