I found the old Smurfs episode where Grouchy switches with Smurfette - it's called "Turncoat Smurf" I can't say the site's name since that would be against the rules of advertising, but if you look up the title, it will show up under videos. Not on youtube. (At the end of the episode, Gargamel switches with the cat.)

I think you are allowed to post the website as long as you are not showing copyrighted content and you aren't intentionally trying to advertise a website. Don't quote me on it though. I haven't been online too much recently. I'm sure cj would know if you ask him.

Not really a bodyswap. Just a personality exchange. Grouchy even calls Smurfette by her name while they're swapped. He says "I don't know, Smurfette. I kinda like it" or somthing to that effect. I'd have to say this doesn't really belong on the list.

actually it is a body swap... watch the whole episode. When Gargamel changes with the cat, he says , "Why do I look like a cat??" I think the Grouchy thing was some script mess up, Hanna Barbera was known for that since they were always in a rush making those cartoons.

Yeah, the Gargamel swap was definitely legit. But I still have to maintain, script problems or no, that the Grouchy/Smurfette personality swap wasn't a body swap. It's still of interest to this community though.

I admit, it is confusing. First Grouchy/Smurfette (Whichever ) says, "I dunno, Smurfette, I kinda like it." But then when they swap back, Smurfette in her own body says, "It's good to be me again. Nothing personal, Grouchy." Coulda been a script slip up.
