Another change in age is with the secret Fierce Deity Mask. If you have every other mask in the game, you can hand the masks over to the four kids playing in the field inside the Moon. When all are given up, the last kid, wearing Majora's Mask, makes a comment to Link that he doesn't have any masks, so he can borrow one. Thus, Link receives the Fierce Deity Mask.

This is, apparently, the incarnate of a Sheikah spirit, Sheikah being spiritual warriors of Ancient Hyrule. Link changes from his normal child self into an adult (actually a palette swap of his Ocarina of Time adult model) Sheikah/Link hybrid, wearing tattoos, a white tunic, and a really awesome sword. This age-defying mask can only be used in Boss rooms, though.

Actually, to the contrary, there is a glitch to use the Fierce Deity Mask on the last day. It's in the part where you switch between Kafei and Link, where if you change a mask Link has equipped to C with the Fierce Deity when you're Kafei, immediately it'll activate when you switch back to Link. Something like that, I've done it a while ago.
