"Damnation of Harvey McHugh????"
The Damnation of Harvey McHugh episode Whatever Happened to Baby X
Gender
Harvey falls in love with a beautiful associate, who also happened to be a man.

Is this really a transformation at all?
...or just FI/crosdressing?
The most complete synopses I've been able to find are on the website for Philip Quast, who plays a lead character in the series and nowhere do they mention any transformations in any episodes.
Regarding "Whatever happened to Baby X," all it says is "Mary is smart, funny and beautiful, but is not all she seems."
Sounds like a dud.
How about some more details??

I've seen it-

It's TG in the sense that the characters a post op tg, played by a beautiful woman. theres a VERY minor degree of sci-fi in the series. Thats about it really.

Thanks for the clarification.
Paul, this sounds like one to delete.

If you're basing it on tf content though a hell of a lot of these could go out the window, eg the "man/woman has car/plane/train crash, falls in coma and gets brain transplanted into opposite gender" idea isn't really a Transformation, more a transferral as they crack one head open, let the dead brain out, stuff the other brain back in and glue the skull on with araldite and give the other brain to Hannibal Lecteur as his main course. I sense a lot of debate coming...
