Saw the Berta DVD, was fairly well done. Most of the film focuses after the switch, with a good mix from both perspectives.

How long is the movie and would it rate as a drama or a comedy? Is it G Rated or R rated material? A lot of TG movies are usually disappointing so I'm curious. Also is the female lead played by a female or male in drag?

Certainly not G, but mostly for language and situations (not nudity). The characters are played by a real man and woman, and the actors simply reverse roles after the switch -- not just a guy in drag. The acting was decent, no real FX needed. The story is a little slow in parts, but the switch is the heart of the movie and the focus of the story lies in a lesbian's interest in what it would be like to be a man. The guy didn't want to be a woman per-se, but he did fantasize about lesbians and clearly has no interest in men. The woman is a lesbian to start with but is clearly much more open to new experiences.

This isn't a great film, but it was well done and doesn't have an amateur film feel -- this is professional produced, albeit on a limited budget. I found it to be very worth watching.
