Lowbrow story with all the same cheap, tired comic bits: He unexpectedly changes; he unexpectedly DOESN'T change; he changes back while seducing someone; he changes back dressed in women's clothes just in time to be spotted by, the boss, the girlfriend, the whole department.... You get the idea. Ho hum.

Great effects do make it worth watching, though. And Sean Young is delicious and devious as the scheming Helen Hyde.

More a remake of "Doctor Jeckyl and Sister Hyde" then anything new. Was to have been a Jim Carey vehicle and uses much of the same technology as "The Mask."

Nice build up to the first transformation scene. Almost a complete copy the first "Dr Jeckyl/Sister Hyde" Tranformation. The second last change is also worthy of note. The rest are just done of laughs.

Uninspired and in some parts, irritatingly predictable, i.e., changes occur all for laughs.

I like these kinds of transformations from male to female when first, they start growing nails and their arm hair grows in, and their penis disappears. Then the hair and breasts. Those changes were made in the first transformation. They should've focused also on the voice transformation.

i brought this movie at a boot fair, i thought it was kinda fun, but nothing to be taken seriously, and the transformations are pretty good (done in the annoying "when he least expects it" style)

It was cute. I obviously didn't take itself too seriously. It had a bunch of cheep laughs, but it wasn't trying to be a sophisticated metaphore for gender relations, or anything other than just kind of a silly comedy. They did what they were trying to and it worked pretty well.
