Review: Ghouls and Goblins
Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts
Age, Animal, Gender
Through the game Arthur can get turned into a baby, a seal, a bee, and even a village woman by a Jester attack, depending on what armor (or lack of armor) you are wearing.

The series of games which littered the 8-bit and 16-bit consoles had a chest that contained a magician trap where the magician would then shoot magic. If it hits you, you become a helpless form for a little while, the form depending on what armor you have. In the first game, the two forms were a duck (if you had armor), or an old man (if no armor). Oddly enough the old man can shoot his weapons, even if at a slow pace.

In the stiff and hard SNES remake "Super Ghouls N' Ghosts", the amount of forms changed to four types. If you had no armor, you'd be turned into a gray-clad crawling baby. If you had steel armor, you'd be turned into a clapping seal. If you had bronze armor, you'd be turned into a floating (not flying) giant bee. And if you had the golden armor, you'd be turned into a buxom village woman. The forms varied in speed and such, but you were still helpless.

The spin-off/sequel of sorts on PS2 called Maximo had two helpless forms when a magician trap sprang. They were the return of the old man (where you can now complain and such) and the baby (now with rattle!). It's strange enough that this game series has such TFs when other games hardly even use something like this.

I don't know if the Maximo sequel has the same TFs or new ones, though.

Oops! I should add that the first original version of the game (the one mentioned above was a later version for the Genesis) has a simple frog TF as the spell.
