From what I understand, that's actually a common misconception about Captain Marvel. Billy Batson doesn't actually change age; he simply switches places with Captain Marvel. Where Billy goes after saying "Shazam" or where the Captian is before Billy says "Shazam" is a question better left to someone more in the know.

Unless someone comes up with a definative answer (from a better source), I see no reason to reject it yet.

I'll open it up for discussion for now, and see what you guys and gals think.

You sure about ths ? I don't think this follows the ORGINAL-CONCEPTION of the character .

I agree ; the Greek Gods made Billy Batson an adult because of that "wisdom" endowment ability as apart of his totality in BEING the capt' . . .

As a comic book fan since my own childhood, I feel I must weigh in on this. I personally believe Billy Batson and Captain Marvel are the same person, not two people who switch places. I view the Captain as an aspect of Billy's personality, much like Mr. Hyde is of Dr. Jekyll's. (Of course, I'm only using Jekyll/Hyde as an example. Neither Billy nor Cap are evil.)

Well, like I said, I'm not that well-versed in DC Comics history. It's just that the subject came up in Kingdom Come (which was a great miniseries, btw). I'd dig it up to find the part where it comes up but... I don't know where it is at the moment. I didn't mean to stir up any trouble. (-_-)'
