There is no actual transformation aside from the clothes. You find out beofore the first personality switch, although Fourty-kun's(boy) personality is male, the body is always female. There really isn't any difference in appearence between the "male" and "female" forms only their personalities are different.

Although A.I. Love You is a good manga, I wouldn't suggest reading it for expected TG content.

There is a change in appearance. While the character never has male genitals. He physically changes a bit (so as to appear like his sister) and breasts do grow (read the manga). All in all he is treated like a boy and feels like a boy. The change is on par with Ranma at points. Forty is both genders and on occasional is prodominantly one or the other. Considering some of the posts made in the past, it counts.

Read the Manga? You can't tell from my above comment that I have read the Manga?

As a matter of fact I'm looking at it at this momement. The only time Fourty's breast grow is when she plays with the Hyper Program Option Number Four. Otherwise there size is constantly small so they aren't noticiable when the male personality is active.

There is one sceene with a nekid fourty, but things either covered or at an angel so youcan't fully tell what's there.

Hmm, I was under the impression that comment didn't make it in before my connnection went down.

Looking at it closely I stand corrected and the boobs do get slightly bigger with the change, but you can't tell in Fourty-chans normal clothes. That is the only change between the two forms unless Fourty-chan is playing with the Hyper Program Option Number Four, and Fourty-kun still wears female under garments.
