This is a choose/write your own adventure-style site. It has all kinds of transformations, and of course you can contribute your own.

Problem with the writers is that they leap right into the tf way
too early.I
was flipping through Wolphins stories and his method seems to spend
about 80 % building up the characters, plot and setting before going
into 15%
of tf scene and a final 5% to wrap things up
However something like the thread "Dragon Woman " is a part of
1/2 page start
1/4 page characterization
1/4 page initial tf scene
1/4 page after the tf
and nowhere left to go unless I waste my time continuing the plot
from
a pointless quick and ill fitting dragon tf which really is far too
early into the
story
As for creative writing
I'd say it first requires dreaming up something nobody has
tossed into a dragon story before
-a Saturn V rocket complete with Apollo 13 plunking down beside
the dragon woman
and then getting a kick from dreaming up a (horefully) good reason
what
a Saturn V with crew would be doing in a dragon woman story
( Haven't a clue, however thats the challenge of being creative)

Well, that all depends on the person's tastes I'd suppose.
Technically, it's up to everyone, unless someone goes and writes
out a chain of events all by themselves. While such burst of
creativity are applauded, definately, it raises the issue of
whether it's written for one's self. As we all know, not everyone
is a fan of the same types of transformation, for various reasons.
In that same way, people have various opinions of detail in these
stories or speed of TF, effects of TF, and etc.

CYOC is the perfect (and yet most horrible) example of the
shortcomings of this kind of thing. Truly an awful site.
