Why gender? It's mystical TF at first. Demon's gender is interchangeable.

Not in Inuyasha. A demon is a set gender in their universe. But they can't change genders, thus there are many gay characters.

I thought it was funny that a 15 year old girl would get drunk off mystical sake, and Hachi (the Tanuki) and Shippo (the Kitsune) transformed into Kagome, and the real Kagome "I'm Kagome, and I want to sing a song.." The 2nd Kagome was Hachi the Tanuki, and then the 3rd Kagome was Shippo. You can see the Tanuki tail on 2nd Kagome/Hachi, and Shippo's tail on his impression of Kagome. Sango gets drunk on sake and starts to flirt with Inuyasha, and then Miroku uses his wind tunnel on the sake, and sucks it all in. Then Inuyasha spots the Sake Sages.
