Well, I certainly am not too keen on blowing my money to replace every VHS tape I own with a DVD when I can transfer them myself for time + a blank DVD-R disc.

That's titled "Inside Out - The Complete Collector's Set" . Amazon doesn't indicate if contains the material from "Inside Out 2" . There's a review there however, that indicates that this 'complete' collection is less-than complete.
