I couldn't find much information about this series after a quick search, though I found a possible match on IMDB. Is this episode from the Japanese TV series called "Time Keepers"?

I watch this Japan Tv episode a long time ago. Actual he morph into several character in the show. What a pity he did not turn into the main actress of this TV. However, I cannot find this show on DVD or any video in the market.

Nice plot ! It seems that the the man undresses her victim and puts on her clothes. It would be nice to see more pictures or video of that scene :)

It is a Japanese television series that aired in 1997. I note that you do not see him morph into the woman. It is implied, with the guy dressed in the woman's clothes looking back at the woman undressed in the bathroom stall (the picture in the entry). You see the two blood marks on the female cop's neck (the DNA machine takes blood from the subject, proceses it and then the criminal has to inject the DNA machine into his arm in order to transform into the person) and it is implied that the guy has morphed into her. When he is transformed into the woman, he looks in the mirror (the first picture under the entry) flips his hair and, of course, checks out his new chest. He's the female cop for maybe a minute or two, so it is very brief, but the concept is interesting. You do see him transform back into himself at the end of the scene (the last scene in the set of pictures under the entry). I agree with guest(pp) though, I kept waiting for him to transfor into the female lead, but it never happened. If I can figure out how to make a clip, I'll try to contribute the same.

Thanks for the details. The idea is really interesting ! Too bad, we don't see him getting his victim and undressing her, or transforming back into himself, still dressed in the woman's uniform :)
