Post #3 yes that is what I am talking about and post #2 basically a
mind transfer which consists of transfer of traits or memories of
the donor you can understand it more by the story the transplant on
writing.com and in fringe also when a old man's consciousness is
transfer into the young women, the women acts and thinks smoothly
like that old man

The antagonists in the old TV series First Wave were called the
Gua, and they had technology to capture the consciousness of a Gua
and also to transfer Guas into bodies that they engineered as
human.
In one episode, a Gua is transfered from a female to a male body
through this technology. It is unclear whether the Gua in their
original forms have some kind of equivalence to male and female.
The leader of the Gua can transfer his consiousness at will, as can
some other Guas. There's one episode where the Gua are looking for
a human they want to kill, and a Gua transfers over to the cute
daughter of the human targeted for assasination. The Gua uses his
disguise to get close enough to the human to kill him, and then the
Gua transfers out, leaving the daughter at the murder scene not
realizing what her body just did.
At one point, the head of the Gua, Mabus, transfers from a male
human body to the female body of a human, and uses it for sex.
Last I saw, the series was available on the tube.
