One day, high school freshman Sakahira Riku suddenly swaps bodies

It's a novel, not a manga (despite what the cover looks like). If
you look at the sample, it's definitely a book.

it's Tenkousei except it's permanent; maybe when Riku discovers he
can go back to his OG sex, he realises he prefers more his womanly
life.

After reading this synopsis it got me thinking, every media apart
from fanfics the main characters get to a situation where they
don't like the change they don't like the swap but what if someone
who's logging for a swap, like us, there fantasy were to come true
would you be happy, and enjoy your new life or enjoy the swap first
and be horrified later to learn that you can't swap back and you
have to throw away everything you have worked for and accept a new
life or would you like to have your fantasy to come true and also
find a way to return to normal im really curious about this
