Yes and no.

For the results shown I did variations of: “A 3/4 body shot of a young man wearing a bathrobe who then transforms into a sexy girl wearing the same bathrobe. She then successfully removes the bath robe completely to show off her sexy naked feminine figure.”

I’ve tried more complicated prompting I’ve seen on this post that use specific director styles and actors result in poor outputs.

Best keep things simple. It’s still a work in progress and really only 1 out of every 5 generation is good.

I just don't understand this system sometimes. I input a prompt which returned 2 successful results, then every subsequent generation after that using the exact same prompt has failed!

It makes absolutely NO sense!

I hear you @hskfmn I just had the same prompt give me three different reactions just because it latched onto specific phrases and ran with them. I used "gliding upward" to further describe the hemline of a dress shortening, and the AI decided to have the subject pull a peter pan and float away. There is possibly something in the prompt that is trigging the community filter but it wasn't used or overlooked those first few times.

HAH!! That's awesome! Yeah I've found that you can possibly get away with one reference of breasts, but I've had to get very creative to produce what I've made so far. But then part of the fun is in figuring out how to make it all work for me at least.

To anyone who's worried the well has run dry, I am here to assure you, with a big flashing red neon capital A, that it has not.

Since I learned of it, I've been a fairly prolific (if private) creator. I spent SO much time on Hailuo when it was free and when it wasn't. I've experimented pretty heavily with Vivago, Vidu, and - to a much lesser extent - Kling. Hours upon hours of life burned on trying to tame the fucked up decisions the various systems make, navigating the verbiage and tricks, and dealing with the frustration of all the effort often having so little useful payoff. I occasionally struck some gold, which is, of course, what kept me coming back to the well.

This transformation media thing, though I don't think it's actually that weird of an interest to have, has such a shallow well from which one can draw. If it's something you like, it's pretty much (strangely) kids' movies, manga, or individual illustrators/animators. If you're looking for realistic human transformation, as I am and eternally have been, you're pretty much SOL. That said:

These generative AI tools have been the (dis) embodiment of a gift-curse. I'm unashamedly (in private and so long as nobody ever knows or finds out, heh) an absolute goddamn fiend for this garbage. For years, because the content has always been so limited and I can't draw or animate for shit, I've been able to avoid chasing the proverbial dragon. Now, I've been granted the power to create reality-adjacent moving imagery from the power of a well-crafted sentence. It's been downright addictive.

Anyway, I plan to share some things here - maybe help others sratch the itch so they don't have to spend hours fucking around with verbiage and throwing away money just to have a five-armed cheerleader shoot out of a guy's stomach.

For what it's worth:

If you're creating these things, I would recommend you do NOT sleep on Sora. As soon as I decide how I'm posting what I've got, you'll see what I mean. Sora requires a little more finesse, but the results are absolutely unbelievable.

I think you guys just need to earn money and wait 1 year.
That's all you need to do to enjoy awesome realistic TG contents.
AI industry grows really fast so AI will understand what is Transform and morph soon.
But it needs also a lot of computing power, so all you need is money and patience.
