You guys make me laugh. You tell me that you didn't get anything
good on video all day yesterday and you each post me a dozen or so
more than decent clips.
For my part, I got exactly 4 good clips yesterday. Out of a hundred
or so tests. And that was my best day. So imagine what a bad day is
like for me...
Since the start ten days ago, I've only had 20 clips that I find
interesting and usable. So either I'm being extremely harsh with my
own results, or I'm being cool with yours, or I'm much more unlucky
than you on this AI. But don't stop posting just because you've had
a rough patch at some point. The wheel always turns in the end. ;)

I'm starting to worry about their marketing model. Imagine if they
implemented a membership model with limited video generation
quotas, like other websites. You might run out of your quota before
you get the results you want. I hope they give us a reasonable
price and limitation when they fully launch the subscription.

I think we’ll have plenty of time to mess around with their free
model for awhile. Their small team is really more focused on just
getting the text to video more efficiently. I think having it free
for a long time is a good idea too because it will train their Ai
to generate smarter clips

If you want a specific face in the video (let's say yourself or
someone you know) and you have an iOS device (or a Mac), you can
use RealDeep to replace a face in a clip.
If you need to replace two faces, you'll have to run the process
twice, but the app has a face selector filter, so you can specify
which face you want to swap. The free version is limited to 3
seconds (and no live swap), but the unlock is a one time fee and
all the processing is on your device, so everything stays private.
It's very fast on M1 and higher processors.
I have also been taking some of the faces from the clips in the
Live Swap part of RealDeep and some of them are awesome...and they
often get even better if I further enhance them in Krea.ai.

while the checkmark helps a lot, it also breaks things.
And yes im cheating with several tricks on the scene as you can see
on the blooper. But in the end i got 12 out of 25 results on a
detailed prompt with no AI help.

kinda consistent results.. ill explore more the tool later.. but to
actually make a good scene it will have to be a montage of 6 sec
videos. BTW ty for all the community effort and creations on shared
folder and deviant art so far im loving it' Feel free to steal my
FOSS creations and archive them or upload them. Any suggestions or
ideas for the next prompt?

As for prompt ideas, I've been struggling with the "reveal" scenes.
Like a jeweler gives an expensive necklace to a beautiful heiress
and as the jeweler leaves the woman is revealed as a criminal
mastermind or a knight brings back a treasure and gives it to a
beautiful princess sitting on a throne and she is revealed to be
the evil wizard. I haven't been able to get the reveals to work at
all.

as you can see from this failed clip , im making characters do the
same action together...
that is the reason i wanted to see triggers and more complex
actions and transitions. 6 secs is very short time to work( to make
transition , transformation and some other complex action.)
