Even I think I'm quite good at computer or AI thing, comfy UI is
quite hard to learn and I don't use it even it's really powerful
thing for making contents what I want to see. Yeah, I just
subscribe some site and wait for their model upgrade.

I would like to put in a good word for ComfyUI, which is what I
have been using. I totally accept that some people find it
difficult, but I want to describe objectively what it's like,
because if some reader out there might be okay with it, I don't
want that person to assume (after reading these comments), "Wow,
sounds bad, I better stay away."
The main hurdle I had with ComfyUI was actually using the right
version of Python; that had more to do with my computer setup and
less to do with ComfyUI. Once I got Python installed, I typed
pip3 install comfy-cli
That downloaded and installed everything for me. I didn't have to
figure out what website to go to, what version of which component
to install, etc. Then I typed
comfy launch
... and it started the ComfyUI. There was a message saying Go to
this web address with your browser (you're using your own computer
as a web server, so you're actually browsing your own computer) and
ComfyUI started.
The main menu has one section where you browse examples. I selected
the beginner's images one, and it loaded. It said, "You're missing
this part. Want to download it?" I said Yes, and it downloaded all
the missing parts. (That took a long time and a lot of disk space,
but I didn't have to do anything.) Then I ran it, and it ran.
That was basically it. Later I didn't know how to do video so I
loaded the video example. Also other poeple can upload "workflow"
files which is basically how they set up their AI, and you can
download it and install it, and when ComfyUI loads the workflow, it
will download the missing parts.
E.g. you might see an image or a video and say, "Hey, I want to do
that. I wonder how he did that." Then you download the workflow,
and ComfyUI says "You're missing the Wiggle-Your-Bum LoRA. Want me
to download it?" So then you get the pieces you need.
I felt it was fine in terms of ease of use; I realize not everyone
feels that way, and I accept that. But it was easy enough for me
that I was surprised to read some posts that say it's hard. But if
there are other easier solutions (e.g. Pinokio) then more power to
ya! At this point, I'm not advocating for any particular system
like ComfyUI more than another. I *am* saying that many people
might not realize there are options other than wait for Hailuo or
Kling or whatever. If Pinokio is easier to use, that's great. Let's
make some content for our particular niche.

i can install comfy ui and get basic generations and workflow to
work. But things like SageAttention are beyond me, and it seems
thats needed to run WAN and the like. Even when i get it to
automatically install missing packages, nodes or modules, it
doesn't know to install sageattention. So i guess i'm supposed to
do it. and thats where i fall on my face like wily coyote.
Anyway pinokio seems to be working better, i'm getting a bit
further than comfy ui. Hopefully i'll get the loras to work.

it seems the latest pixverse model can generate video
transformations
yes just rely on free coins, 1 out of 3 generates can sometimes get
1 or 2 good results

I think it is possible now. sometimes the results are still often
out of the prompt, but you can get maybe 1 or 2 videos out of 3
generates. If you don't subscribe, you can only get the video
resolution in 360p

video on veo 3, the result was very bad. Maybe it still needs
further development, for veo 2 I think I already understand the
transformation effect very well

btw veo 2 google studio can't generate anymore, it says in the
notification pop up, there is a limit per day, but after changing
the day it still doesn't work, has anyone experienced the same
thing?

Nice, I like how different parts of the fat man's body shapeshift
at different times, and you end up with the hottie.
Sorry to hear that Veo 2 Google Studio won't generate any more.
Does it think it's in a different time zone? Maybe it's not a new
day yet for whatever time zone Veo 2 thinks it's in.

this is the result of the prompt that i made same as in pixverse.
all generated in google studio. veo 2 google studio gives better
result than veo 2 gemini. i don't understand why there can be a
difference between the two even though they are the same

Both are good, though I see one seems to have finer control over
the gradual transformation. I'm guessing that's the one that you
think is better (and also I'd because the person in the video is
smiling; the other one is scowling). If that's what you wanted,
then that's great. If it just so happened that one had a gradual
transformation and the other came in bursts, then both are good.
Anyway, in the spirit of continuing the AI transformations, I
