It's funny because there are actually to films this year marketed as "Succubus"

The first is a Russian film

The first one definitely looks more professional with the possibility of more shapeshifting.

I remember seeing the russian one. There is shapeshifting but it is implicit. Basically the plot is a cult brings in people with failed relationships and makes them to cheat. They worship the succubus.
The succubus actually takes the form of one of the woman (implicit as mentioned). It comes out of a tree like a black bag or something and they cut the camera to show it transformed to her. There are lots of illusions too. Like fake forms of themselves in the mirrors, etc. The film is high in NSFW content.

In the Ron Perlman one, they show the MC seemingly meeting with the Succubus online and in his dreams. Then somewhere towards the end of the trailer you see something coming out of his back and his hands are claws Implying he is transforming into a demon or something.

Spoilers ahead:
Update about the second succubus movie that released this year.
Hollywood one (recent release): There are no direct possession scenes in the movie. The succubus tries to get in the mind of the protagonist - possibly (f2m possession implied in the end or mind control) but it is implicit and is stopped midway. The succubus does show both the succubus form and female form at different times.
Russian one: As said earlier there are many illusions and implicit shapeshifting. One happens around duration 1:05:00.
Sadly no direct possession scenes or shapeshifting in both these movies.
