boy who finds a magic swimsuit that turns him into a girl whenever
he put it on. One day it rips, leaving him stuck as a girl
permanently. This story had illustrations. please help me out.

Do you remember anything else? Like a word that the story could
have? I have a copy of all fictionmania stories, so if yo remember
some keyword, it would really help to make a full text search.

TAX, you do? If i may interject for a second - do you recall an
amulet of zulo story where two boys go camping in the woods and
have sex with eachother? One turns into a stripper, and other into
their treacher - which then is reveled to have been a man trapped a
s a woman. He gets killer,.amulet lost, and the boy stuck as his
teacher.
Loved this story, but it was removed from the site somewhere ong
the way...
Sorry to hijack the thread for a moment, i just never heard
of.someone possesing such an archive and vant pass up an
opportunity!

No problem. I run a few scripts that archive some TG sites such as
fictionmania. But I'm not sure if this story still existed when I
start archiving a few years ago or so, and some stories might have
been deleted through the years.
Sadly I wasn't able to find the story :\ Are you sure you it was a
medallion of zulo story? If you have more details. I don't think it
is a medallion of zulo story or if it was it got deleted before I
started archiving them.
Also, in case you are interested, here's a copy of the file, it
contains about 49.000 stories. The information is split into 9
columns, the first one being the URL to the story and the last one
being the full text. If you are on windows I would recommend you
install a software called EmEditor, which is pretty good as
managing larger files.

I think the story was called, "Off The Deep End." If anyone can
link me to this story, that'd be great.

Ecco2, there are stories with this title, one of them is a solo
story posted in 2005 (which was later on deleted, but there is an
archive here):

The other one is a serious of stories posted in 2015

Hey TAX, I'm really intrigued by your collection of archives. It
really is a handful stuff. Though I was wondering something. You
see I prefer shapeshift/possession/skinsuit contents which is
related with a male and a mother. The male isn't necessary the son,
he can be the father, bully, friend or neighbor. So, when I usually
go to sites like fictionmania, there's no exact search tag for
mother. The closest I can relate is Age Progression and it has like
more than 2000+ stories, if I'm not wrong. So is there any way your
archive can provide me with all those mother contents?

I would be happy to help you. Do you want a list of all stories
with the word "mother/mom" and a given serious of tags/words? If
you could give me example. Like search all stories containing the
word "mother" and "skinsuit"?

Thanks for the quick reply TAX. Yes, anything would help. My
preference is mother/mom, it doesn't matter if it's a skinsuit or
possession or shapeshift story. As long as there's a whole list of
stories related to mother/mom I'm happy.

This is just a an approximation, I search for all stories
containing "mom/mother" as well as the word "shapeshift/skinsuit"
in their full text, and it returned back 200 stories. Ideally, you
would just load this file on LLM and ask you to read the stories
and select the one you about a given subject you are interested,
because searching by keywords is trick, and you oftentimes have to
try countless words variations and yadda yadda.

If you are on linux or using WSL on Windows, I wrote a script that
allow you to search the files using FZF. It's not the most
user-friendly thing in the world, but it's easier than what it
seems. Essentially you need to install WSL, download the file
"FM-db.xml", then run this command in the same directory where this
file is.

for (( ; ; ))
do
clear
read -p 'Search Term: ' "url"; \
cat FM-db.xml | grep -i "$url" | awk -F'\t' '{print
$1,$2,$3,$4,$5,$6,$7,$8,$9}' OFS='\t' | awk '{print
substr($0,1,50000)}' |awk -F"\t" '!seen[$2++' | fzf
--preview-window=right:70%:wrap --margin 1,4 --preview "echo {} |
awk -F'\t' -vOFS='\n\n' '{print
\$1,\$2,\$3,\$4,\$5,\$6,\$7,\$8,\$9}'" --bind
'F2:execute-silent(echo {} | awk -F"\t" "{print \$1}" | xargs
cmd.exe /C start)'
clear
done

Look at the other files in the archive.org link. Found some lost
stories in some of the other downloads.
