Any permanent body swaps in movies/series?

Most swaps in media are unfortunately always reversed by the end, but are there any movies or tv series where the people who were swapped actually don't swap back? Usually when it happens, the swap occurs at the very end and it's usually horror.

At the moment I can really only recall Family Swap (movie), Behind Her Eyes (series), Detention (movie, more of a time travel identity change), Skeleton Key (movie), All Cheerleaders Die (movie), Allison's Birthday (movie) and Identity Theft (movie).

I think the series finale is somewhat ambiguous and you don't know weather or not they swapped backs.

The ending of Boy Meets Girl is a bit vague.

Danny and Veronica try a body swap through lightning, after which the two interact with their acquaintances without specifying that the body swap has been returned.
At this point, Veronica looks a bit confused (notifying his lover of the breakup) and Danny looks something satisfying.
Danny even tells his friend, "I'm Danny, but I'm not Danny you know."
This leaves room for the two of them not to have their bodies swapped, but only their experience could be in the form of an unusual mind swap.
However, if the body swap wasn't returned in any way, it should have been more confusing or protesting, but I think it's common to see that the body swap actually happened because there wasn't such a scene.
Or, in fact, the bodies of the two were swapped, but the experience, confidence, and mannerism that make up them remain the same, so it can be interpreted that Danny has Veronica's confidence and Veronica has Danny's low spirit.

Boy meets girl ending?

It wasn't permanent...they literally did swap back..

Verconia wasn't happy with her life and the boyfriend...its why she broke up with him.

Danny after the experience was resolved to make something with his life.

Remember the context pre switch...Danny was a bum Verconia was in a "perfect life"

But in the aspect of the switch, when Danny is in her body, that ideal life isn't so perfect, her boyfriend was sort of a "director" she was held in high regard from her company. No it wasn't an abusive relationship, it was a hallowed happy one. She wasn't happy.

They are electrocuted and swap back. Veronica tells Jay she can't do this any more. Danny leaves town with Pete determined to make something more of his life.

You want something with a permanant swap?

Some stuff on deviantart is here and there, one I can name offhand, Umbracallistis has done a few perma-swaps with a couple comics based on anime series.

It reminds me of the end of "Shishunki Bitter Change" manga, which is about this boy and girl who swap bodies when they are like 6 years old or so, and they go through their whole youthhood in the other's bodies, and the end is also somewhat ambiguous.

So "Konya wa Kokoro Dake Daite" is like "Himitsu", but the mother body doesn't die. Man, we really need this sort of dramas where the mental changes are progressive, realistic and permanent. A father daughter or mother son could be awesome just because not only the role, even gender will increase the challenge of slow acceptance.
