There's this story where a woman transforms into the person's crush, there's one point where she becomes a man and had s*x with her friend (girl). Hope someone knows it.

I just remembered that she transforms into a person's crush/ideal person. There was a part she transforms into a girl that her classmate really likes. I think she shapeshifts in the shower. Aside from that, she transforms into a man that her best friend/roommate really likes inside their room

I don't really remember the title because I've read it a few years back.

No problem. Also read the "wet dreams" series on fictionmania. There are 3 parts and also well done and same kind of theme. Really anything by that author is great.
