Bing has a free AI tool that uses DALLE-4 to Generate really good
AI pictures! The Restrictions are pretty tight but it’s good for
putting celebrities and cartoon characters and their respective art
styles. Every day you get 25 free Generations and the quality is
very good!

you can create incredible images (a man in front of a mirror
discovers he turned to a woman , or a man discovers he is pregnant
...)
you have to turn off mature filters (but some words are banned)
you can delete your history and the 25 boosts are back

It's pretty bad, I tried typing "Mr. beast hand shaking an alien"
and it just refuses to make it happen

Don't try using names of real people or names that are copyright
protected, like anything from the house of mouse

You don't seem to get it. Are youtubers real people?

In the first few days, you could do almost anything with this image
creator, then some people posted pictures on twitter of Mickey
Mouse flying a plane on 9/11 into the twin towers. So Microsoft
opted to forbid the depiction of something where the owner could
potentially sue them. Be it Disney for using the likeness of
copyrighted material, be it some real person for using their
likeness without consent. Since Microsoft offers this AI image
creator as a service, they are liable.
If someone installs a version of stable diffusion on his own PC and
uses it to do things it is somewhat different. Thankfully nobody
can tell you what you do with your PC, at least for now. That
however does not mean, that you could not be sued for publishing
images containing some likeness for which you don't have the rights

Just because you saw something on youtube, it does not mean it is
legal, ethical or fine to do
