There's an old film that I found but completely forgot to note down the name of in which a magician uses a spell on his assistant to give her a penis. He utters the words 'Abrakadabra Alakazam, turn this woman into a man'. I believe the film was from the 80's and the magician and his assistant were not the main focus of film, just a portion of it.

@21, I asked Chatgpt and it claimed this is a subplot in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas! I've never seen that show but I'd assume there's nothing like this in it and the AI is just tripping balls. Just in case, here's what the AI had to say:

@28 definitely not. I've used a couple of AI's to find it but they all give roughly the same results - also very bad at finding other films with transformations as they search a small set of sites. I found the movie originally a couple months back through an older forum. I don't recall the forum but the threads were talking about hermaphrodite/shemales in movies and I think I stumbled over it after searching the film 'eva man'

Everything Always All the Time (2018)

A German movie with English subtitles currently on Tubi when a wife is bored with her life gets a penis implant without her husbands knowledge. It’s a good movie and the penis works just like a regular one. They even show her with it and the husband feels bad for not pleasing her finds ways to do it but isn’t happy about it.

I checked out the movie from post #32. It’s not bad. The husband jerks the wife off and but stops at blowing her. She also has sex with another woman during the movie.
