To me in this series there will be no finding that Lalo switched
with a woman who now has his body. With the witches curse with the
doll, Lola's looks, hair, the tattoos, her mother dreaming Lalo had
changed into a woman.....Lola is the woman Lalo would've grown up
to be if he had been born female.

Lola being hired to do Lalo's job just doesn't work for me. It
would be much better if Lalo's roommate owned a women's boutique,
and Lola had to go to work for her. Learning how to dress and act
as a woman.

homosexuality is tied to the brain. In the transformation, if
Lalo's body changes to become a woman it only makes sense his brain
would too. While he could be a lesbian, odds are he would have a
normal female brain and therefore likes, men.

same spell on someone else and they just switched even though the
spell didn't say switch with someone?

job so he has it when he changes back. So he has to do his exact
same job, but as a woman. That is kinda the p[oint of the story.
Put the same man with all of his competencies in a woman's body and
he is treated differently . That is the point of the story.

I totally agree, personally, I don’t like this aspect at all
The closest the show came to wrestling with this was, as far as I
can tell, the Portuguese version, where Julieta is still
hot-blooded for women, and even excitedly goes to a lesbian bar
She’s truly humiliated to learn her body “doesn’t work that way” or
whatever… a disappointing conclusion, but at least you don’t see
her just go along with it as readily as other versions

A power with the ability to change the male body to a female body
would have to power to change the heterosexual male mind to a
heterosexual female one.
The one cursed is supposed to feel the what the woman who had him
cursed felt. Being a woman and falling in love with a man, being
hurt by him, and now knowing what that is like.

Because of the ability to watch with subtitles is the only one I
have truly watched. But so far the ending of LouisLouise from
Belgium is my favorite.

Yes, the LouisLouise would be top in my list of all the the Lalola
version.
The new version is similar to the old versions, the great thing
about it would be the actress looks great and seeing a new version
of this series after 16 years is an added plus. The one thing that
I would say a con would be how fast the they moved the story and a
very short season.
Also, the Philippines and Chinese version would be the top of the
list for trying new things with orginal version like in Philippines
version the lead has to start off as the receptionist and also the
lead is cursed due to which he fell in love with a guy.
The chinese version because of the the actress is hot plus they
tried lot of things(fyi: didn't work well) like lead would be in
guy cloths most of the time, wearing push up bra to show bust, and
ending it with a timetravel where the lead ends up as a school
girl, but unfortunately the series got sacked after two seasons....

Laloa Mexico is moving a bit too fast, but I enjoyed watching the
small changes in Lola's brain, and actions, becoming more in line
with the female Lalo would've been if born that way.

Both seasons were on YT but was removed recently, currently I don't
