How about shapeshifting concept?
Cloning multiple voice will work.
For example, emma watson voice -> emma stone voice will sound
like shapeshifter transform into another celebs.

I’m looking for a site where you can upload your voice and so will
change it. I was gonna turn the transformation scene from American
Werewolf in London into an mp3 and upload to change the male voice
into a female voice.

check out the "actresses" channel on the Discord! :)
Some assorted suggestions for anyone who wants to try making voices
of their own:
- Sign up for the $5 tier. You get a free one-month trial, and you
can presumably unsubscribe if you don't want to have to actually
pay. That gives you ten custom voices and 40,000 characters a
month.
- It looks like you can actually have ten voices uploaded at a time
rather than ten voices total, so if you want, you can remove a
voice you're finished with and upload a new voice. That effectively
means you can have more than ten voices.
- The algorithm doesn't seem to handle non-American accents very
well. That sucks, though it does allow you to tell a story where an
American has possessed, swapped bodies with, etc a non-American.
- Check out the voice settings on the Speech Synthesis page,
particularly the stability slider. If you slide stability toward
"more variable," you can get a less monotone, more emotive voice,
which I think makes a file sound more interesting and more natural.
On the other hand, if you slide it toward "more stable," it gives
you a more monotone voice with less pitch variation. Because men
tend to vary their pitch less than women, that can make a voice
sound more like a man in a woman's body.

It's not a question of which voices are available. There are a
number of generic voices that you can use, but you can upload voice
samples of literally anyone! The system then draws from those
samples and sythesizes its audio clips. The only "limit" is how
many samples you're allowed upload, which is determined by how much
you're willing to pay.

It depends on the sample I suppose.
Sometimes one is enough, sometimes 2-3. You can upload up to 25
samples for one voice. I'd wager the greater the number of samples,
the more accurate the voice synthesizing will be.
