I've been bingeing the podcast Dungeons and Daddies recently; it's
a Dungeons and Dragons actual play podcast about four fathers from
the real world who travel through a fantasy world in search of
their sons. There are animal transformations on a regular basis and
there have been some... um... eldritch-terror-to-human-male
transformations? I gather there's a four-way swap between the dads
toward the end of the first season as well, though I haven't gotten
that far yet. And for MtF fans, there's some TG beginning in
episode 41. I don't think it's worth listening to the entire
podcast for the TG content, but it IS worth listening to the
podcast just generally speaking. It's consistently hilarious and it
has a fantastic story with tons of amazing plot twists. :)

HUGE fan of this podcast myself! The bodyswap episodes (SWitched
Ass Papa's + like twenty minutes of the next ep) were an absolute
highlight - can confirm there's a five way swap between the dads +
a bonus guy (you'll meet him soon guest if you haven't already)
followed by multiple swaps within the same group. I very much need
to catch up on S2.
