It's basically a husband and wife who changed from person to
person. Like the husband and wife become man and wife again but
they don't change genders.

About 3/4 through the trailer, the girl switches with an older guy.
It looks like it starts off as MTM and FTF but eventually becomes
MTF towards the end.

The site below has a few more clips of the film. The one I directly
linked shows the 2 swapped women having fun in their new bodies.
Fabienne, the woman who swapped with Leyla spends some personal
time with Leyla's boyfriend, Tristan at the beach while he inhabits
the body of Fabienne's boyfriend, Moe.

Also at the very end of the initial trailer in post#1, it shows the
tent where the swaps occur being burned down so some people will
most likely not get their original bodies back.
The F2F swapping aspect looks really amazing because when Leyla
(actress is in her mid 20s and of northern European origin) swaps
with Fabienne (actress is in her late 30s and of Arabic origin),
she enjoys having that body more than her original one. You can
keep track of all the swaps from the jewelry. Leyla always has her
necklace on regardless of which body she inhabits and Fabienne
always keeps her thick golden bracelet on her right wrist. For
those who find interest in M2M swaps, the film covers that in
detail too.
Initially, the young couple have sex in their borrowed older bodies
but towards the end of the film, Leyla doesn't want to go back to
her original body and ends up swapping with a man in his mid 40s
named Roman. Through out the film, all the swapped characters seem
to keep their original clothes and belongings. If you compare the
last 12 seconds of the trailer in post#1 to the trailer in post#10,
Leyla wears her original clothes while jogging in both Fabienne's
and Roman's bodies.

Found an interesting interview in German. it says that at the
beginning of the movie, there is a scene in where an old man
switches bodies with his terminally ill daughter and then dies for
her, so that she can live in his body.
In addition, it gives some more background about this couple. The
main girl, Layla, seems to suffer from depression. During the
temporary swap with the other couple, she is feeling the best she
ever has. But for her boyfriend, Tristan, it is not that easy as he
now feels attracted to both Layla's soul in the other woman's body
as well as her body (which is now occupied by the other lady). This
prompts him to become uneasy about this body swapping experiment
and he wants to end it. Layla, however, seems to think that she
cannot be happy in her own body (maybe because she does not have
depressions in another body?) and she takes on the offer by another
man from the group to swap with her permanently. Then after that
the movie explores the relationship between the couple, who are now
both men...

It seems interesting, especially for me who have a soft spot for
greek movies sense watching "Kynodontas" and "Miss Violence".
As far as I understand from the trailer, the movie seems to be
about some sorta spiritual retreat in which people (especially
couples), swap bodies through magic.
This highlights one thing that I always said: the subject of body
swap, almost universally, with a few exceptions, but it is almost
universally approached only through the "comedy, we swap bodies,
learn a lesson, and swap back" lenses. Which, okay, I don't have
anything against that approach, to be clear, some of my favorite
body swap content are comedy... but it starts to get somewhat
predictable.
There are so many other ways of approaching this issue. For
instance, stories were the body swap is permanent are pretty rare,
especially if you're talking about something more mainstream-ish,
such as a movie or TV show (maybe one interesting exception would
be the argentinian soap opera Lalola, which is technically a body
swap story, but it is only later revealed that the whole thing was
actually a body swap, rather than the guy having his body morphed
into a female's body).
Anyway, this trailer reminded me of this Fictionmania story in
which: in the future humanity developed body swap technology, and
sorta a religion devolved around this issue and people when they
marry they swap bodies (don't remember if the swap is permanent, I
think so, but I might be wrong), in any case, you could approach
this subject through so many other lenses. I would freaking love a
TV show about how would a worldwide body swap event would affect
the world, such as the Morpheus "The Great Shift" saga. Anyway, for
