Anyone know how to use NovelAI correctly to write either a
possession or body swap story? It's not like the OpenAI playground
where simply writing "Write me a" and it does the rest.

The best way to use AI is to use it to augment your own writing
style. A really good writer can use it to fill in the gaps. I know
a few TG authors who've done this for years.

I have been playing a little bit with DALL-E and Stable Diffusion,
and I end up coming with up some images trying to describe body
swap scenes:

For those interested, Open-AI released a botchat you can use
without worrying with credits. It is not as good as the full
version, but you can try into writing stories.

I am using OpenAI playground, giving it a prompt to write me an
erotic story of a young man being able to possess people.

Kevin had a secret that he kept hidden from the world. He had the
power to possess people by concentrating hard enough, and he was
always looking for ways to use it to his advantage.
Tonight, he decided to explore his power by taking over the body of
an older woman who lived in the same apartment complex as him. His
heart raced as he thought about the possibilities that this new
form could bring.
He concentrated and focused his energy until he felt himself
leaving his body and entering hers. As soon as he did, he was
overwhelmed with her presence and could feel her thoughts and
feelings coursing through him. He opened his eyes to find himself
in a woman's body. She was older than him, with large breasts, long
brown hair, deep blue eyes, and a face full of makeup. She was
wearing a tight-fitting blouse, a knee-length skirt, black pumps
and a pearl necklace.
He was enthralled by his new form and couldn't help but admire the
size of his new breasts; they were larger than anything he'd ever
seen before. His mind raced with excitement as he explored his body
in great detail; running his hands over the curves of his figure,
feeling the way the fabric of her clothing hugged her skin and
caressed her every curve. He couldn't believe how different it felt
to have curves instead of just muscle and bone.
He ran to the bathroom and looked in the mirror, mesmerized by what
he saw; she was so beautiful! He started stripping off her clothes
slowly, starting with her blouse first; revealing a lacy black bra
that hugged her breasts tightly; making them look even bigger than
before. He touched them gently, feeling their softness against his
fingertips as he tried to guess their size; they were definitely
much bigger than anything he had ever seen before. He checked the
tag on the bra to find out that they were a 36DDD!
With newfound confidence in his new body, Kevin began exploring
himself further; caressing his breasts and thighs in great detail
as if discovering them for the first time. His heart raced faster
with each passing second as pleasure began coursing through him
like electricity; it felt so good!
He lay down on his bed and closed his eyes as he let out a deep
sigh of pleasure. His hands moved up to cup one of his breasts
playfully before beginning to massage it slowly; squeezing it
