Old comics story where a guy becomes a giant penis?

Years ago I had an old underground comic book, I'm pretty sure it was Rip Off Comix #18. (Cover here: https://comics.ha.com/comic-issue-index/rip-off-comix.s?id=358730) I ended up losing it in a move, but there's a story in it I'd really like to see again.

It was about a group of skanky girlfriends and late one night one of them brings home a guy. He has a condition where, when he gets horny, he turns into a giant penis. He's really ashamed about it and doesn't want to get turned on, but the girl can't resist getting him excited. She puts on some lingerie and teases him, and he does indeed turn into a 6-foot, erect dick. When he's like that he can't speak or do anything but sit there and throb helplessly, and there may be an implication that he's never let himself go this far before and now he's stuck as a penis. The girl just ends up tucking him into bed with his big cock-head poking out over the covers, and I think she says something about how she'll figure out what to do with him in the morning. IIRC the penis was really lovingly rendered, with lots of veins and everything! I think the strip was drawn by the cartoonist RL Crabb.

Does anybody have that book, and could they scan it? It is available for sale but it's going for about $10, and that seems like a lot to pay for one story that's about 4 pages. (The book was published in the eighties and has probably been out of print for more than 30 years, so I don't really think we'd be harming anybody by posting the story online!) I'm not 100% certain it was in that particular book but I think it was, and I'm fairly sure the story was drawn by RL Crabb. Does anybody have any more info?

That's it, The Strokes! Thank you so much for posting it! It's not exactly how I remembered. I thought the guy just turned into one big dick, but it's more like his dick swells to monster size and he withers away to a sad little nothing and loses consciousness. I didn't remember that depressing ending, either. It doesn't play out quite the way I thought but it's still a sexy strip and I'm glad to see it again. Thanks!
