In other words: stories, videos, comics or anything else where a woman gets possessed for some alien parasite, demon, ghost or another creature, making her eating any food she could find.
Similar to Scourge, Married to the Blob from The Simpsons' Treehouse of horror or anything else, but with some female protagonist.

There was an arc in the New Mutants back in the 80s where Shadow King stole Karma's body for several months and when they found her he had turned her morbidly obese. After they freed her from his possession, she somehow lost all the weight in like a couple of months.

The Man With Two Brains has this, kind of. Steve Martin has a beautiful but cruel wife and he falls in love with a woman who is just a brain in a jar. In the end the brain gets transplanted into the body of the wife, and the next time we see her she's quite chubby and she says she was always a compulsive eater. So the eating spree is off-screen, but story-wise it's pretty close to what you're asking for.

There was a movie recently launched called "Freaky" in which this is basically the mainline, you might be interesting.
