The Taking of Deborah Logan involves the spirit of a Quebecois
serial killer, Henri Desjardins, possessing the titular character
to finish his ritual of gaining immortality. At the end, the young
girl kidnapped by Deborah/Henri and saved by the film crew gave an
evil smile, suggesting that the ritual worked and Henri jumped from
Deborah to the girl.
There's not much of any actual possession as far as I remember,
aside from the ending and probably that one infamous scene.

Another one:
136. Very Frightening Tales 2023: Another Tubi find. 4 short
stories. The first one is the target. Girl goes to a house for
whatever reason, gets welcomed by a weird guy who looks totally
not-dead and completely alive. He offers her a glass of water. She
wanders around the house finding a painting of a woman sitting in a
ballerina costume. Finds a tiara and a ballerina dress. She gets
scared off by a noise and runs down to sit. She realizes its
evening now and the ice in her glass hasnt melted yet. She hears
some voices, checks them out, an old woman's spirit drags her into
darkness. Next scene is the girl wearing the ballerina outfit
dancing while looking in a mirror, and the painting of the
ballerina has been replaced with the girl's. Put two and two
together. Good short story tbh. I dont expect much from shitty tubi
movies but this one was actually good.

Shake Rattle & Roll - Extreme (2024)
A Filipino movie that futures 3 short films each for the category
of 'Shake', 'Rattle' and 'Roll'
The one with the bad end is the second part of the movie or the
'Rattle' part titled 'Mukbang'
The movie is about monsters that change their appearance once they
eat the heart of a human (Not really a possession but the way it
was portrayed seemed like one). All monsters at the end gets to eat
someone, specifically the main female lead at the very end (she's
very hot).

Found a new one!
137. No Filter (2023)- Anna, a socialite, starts getting pursued by
a demon. The demon appears on her phone.
People around her start dying, standard slasher fare.
Anna realizes in the end that the demon has been taking control of
her body to kill. The actual possession secuence is impeccably
done. Eyes rolling up, bone cracking sounds, impressive acting.
Anna realizes she can escape the demon
And burns everything down. Only to realize she is in the mirror
world aka her phone, and the demon is sitting on the stairs in the
real world in her body. Her mum comes to pick her up, she stabs her
to death. Then the demon livestreams, posing as Anna, and calls for
help.
Really fucking good movie, actually, especially the possession
part.
