3 episodes and they are wasting his shapeshifting abilities...

Loki had MORE things going on (Planning to understand the vast
ruling TVA who stood between alternate realities, and if must, go
toe to toe with them) than one-time shapeshift so its OKAY to be
missed.

He literally made Thor change into Lady Sif but he can't use this
power to change into any girl? Disney always wasting the
characters...

"The series has had a story that makes sense and is coherent." I
dont know what series you are talking about but nothing of this is
in Loki. I can count so many
flaws in Loki omg. Foe example Lokis power level is changing from
one episode to another. In the Movies he can battle Thor but in the
series he gets beaten almost in every fight by normal humans but in
one scene he can move a buildung. The Avengers are allowed to
change the time line but nobody else is allowed to do that.
Yeah very logic and coherent.

Loki has never been beaten by 'normal humans'. He has been beaten
by 'timekeepers' who are humans but have powerful tech/abilities or
by humans who are possessed/empowered by other beings.
The Avengers can change history was a change that was 'preordained'
by whoever runs the timekeepers and was supposed to happen.
Timekeepers allow a specific version of history, which is not an
'unchanged'. They even explain the Avengers were supposed to go and
change time, but Loki wasn't. Not only that, Loki points out it is
unfair/hypocritical, so I don't know why you think its a 'flaw' as
opposed to a plot point.

seems like some people have watched another Loki show than me and
many more who say that there are so many plotholes in Loki they
stopped counting. And yes he gets beaten by normal humans or are
those guards in the Train timekeepers with powerful tech/abilities?
But i see it is useless to argue with some people so i say you are
right in everything what you say and i have my rest.

Not sure if this counts, but there is a brief bit where Miss
Minutes (the cartoon clock mascot voiced by Tara Strong) tells
Victor Timely, a variant of Kang the Conqueror/He Who Remains, that
he never gave her a human body, and she plants her face onto a
mannequin, and it briefly resembles a human face. It's kind of
unsettling.
