Oh I forgot there's a movie called "The Pretty One" where twin
sisters get into an accident and the one claims to be the other
one, it's a drama and not a horror or anything, but still good.

There are many female identity thefts as doppelganger in days of
our lives
Specifically , in 2017 bonnie and hattie impersonated marlena and
adrienne. There's a woman who uses face masks to impersonate other
females too.

Yes, funny coincidence on the days of our lives plot. The character
using masks is Kristen and is played by Stacy Haiduk. It’s not very
well done as no split screen and very little attempt to make it
realistic (perhaps Covid challenges).
However Stacy also played 2 roles on Young and the Restless - Patty
Williams and Dr. Emily Peterson. Patti switched places wither psych
doctor leaving Emily in the institution. This was very well acted
by Stacy with some memorable scenes. I know some are available
online.
But way back when, Stacy played Lana on Superboy and in episode
called The Basement she played an Alien who shapeshifted to
impersonate Lana.

Nixon I believe so far she has impersonated Nicole , Kate and Sarah
right ?
Nicole one was actually good whereas Kate and Sarah are too
unrealistic especially how their physical parameters doesn’t really
match

Recent movie of The Stand In is all about this theme. Drew
Barrymore stars as Candy and her lookalike Paula. I had high hopes
for this based on plot description but the movie is really a mess.
Not sure where its going - are we supposed to like or hate each of
the characters? Hard to say either of them is the hero. Could have
been a great one if Paula had been a more calculating villain and
Candy the hollywood sweetheart who loses her status and identity.
There are maybe 2 good scenes in the movie with both Paula and
Candy having it out but beyond that just a missed opportunity.

Let's see if I remember there being an identity theft between two
twin sisters in a soap opera, they confuse it as if it were a body
swap and appeared many times on YouTube

Love to see that these many people are interested in these types of
films or TV shoes.
As for post #53 , I had high expectations too but watching it , it
really is a mess ngl.
The days of our lives episodes are really good but are very hard to
find now a days.
There were a few swaps in the young and the restless too.

I think this was a recurring theme in many telenovelas in the past
but finding them now has become really difficult as YouTube has
removed most of them due to copyright violations etc.

havent seen. i know of a french film with the same idea gotta find
the title, and of course Prey of the Chameleon which i still think
should be remade or revisited
