Are we assuming they switch back at some point, for this scenario? If they don't, then the person in the male body is clearly the father. If they switch back during or after the pregnancy, I could see the question.

I would think technically the father would be the one who produces the sperm at the point of conception, right? So in this case the woman would be the father because she's technically the one ejaculating.

Oh, wait. But she's borrowing the body. So the body that produces the sperm would be the father? Wow, this is actually a really neat question!

Kind of like the Ship of Theseus. Also, it matters, I suppose, if one believes in a soul. If not, it's the body, even if the memories in the body had come from outside the body.
