I remember reading a story where someone was stealing feminine
traits from beautiful women.
One girl had her female grace stolen from her. One of the
consequences was that she could no longer walk in high heels.
Whenever she tried, she looked awkward and clumsy. She no longer
had any grace.
In the first chapter of The Game
, a physically attractive female experiences a curse that affects
people's perception of her clothing. She isn't changed physically,
but now every outfit she wears is unflattering. She can't pull off
the look, even thought she still looks great, and the outfit itself
would normally look good on her figure.
Some examples that the author gave: glasses will make her look
nerdy (even if the same pair would look trendy on anyone else),
stripes will never be slimming, shirts will make her look flat and
pants might make her ass look big or flat depending on the outfit.
Are you aware of any other stories or other media where
"intangible" traits are stolen, swapped, or forced upon the victim?
