is documented on this site.

Two more I found:
Kickin' It - The Amazing Krupnick (teenage boy and turtle body
swap)
The Owl House - Once Upon a Swap (young girl, old witch, and the
"king of demons" who looks more like a dog - at the end there's MtF
and one animal-and-female swap)
Also I don't know what the hang-up is with The Shaggy Dog (2006) -
it was on Disney+ at launch but then disappeared. I thought someone
else might've had the rights but I've only seen it on Freeform
which is Disney-owned. Any month now it should be back.

Phil of the Future (multiple episodes), I wish they would put Honey
I Shrunk the Kids series on Disney +.

I remember in Phil of the Future Keely being turned into a cactus
and the time that their parents were sick of Phil and Pim fighting
with each other so they swapped their bodies.

i also remember one where phil's dad became keely for a moment
and one where the parents were gone so keely and phil became them
to fill in for them (sadly not tg)
theres a cold open where phil morphs into keely and another one
where the kids morph (tg) into their parents to trick each other
also one where phil briefly morphs into pim while she's like
dictator of the school or something lol
honorable mention to a voice change keely does to "mr. littletree"
in an episode
oh yeah and also theres an age progression episode where keely
turns like 30 i think
anyway thats just from memory i'm sure theres more worth mentioning
on here

They tried to get a lot of use out of the morphing device, but not
enough in my opinion. When first introduced, Phil (while pretending
to be his mother) tells his sister she’s not supposed to use it to
fool anybody. Wait, you’re not supposed to use it to fool anybody?
What else could you possibly use it for?
