Stories of little girl and little boy switching bodies?

Pretty much what the title asks. Does anyone know any story like that? Preferably if the swap is forever and they like 7 years old or so. The closest thing I come to find is the japanese manga "Shishunki Bitter Change", which is pretty interesting, although I thought it's too overly focused on their day-to-day at their school rather them more personal life.

Also, there's a german movie "Eine Verflixte Begegnung im Mondschein (2004)", which is one of the few movies that touches in the subject, although I think the overall idea could have been better executed as well.

But, anyway... if you any of you guys know story like that, please share it here.

In "Eine Verflixte Begegnung im Mondschein (2004)", 2 adults are swapped and the swap is not forever...

On your topic, there are two manga that I remember in where two children swap bodies when they were little and then swap back during adolescence, and only realize later that they grow up in the wrong bodies.

One manga-short was called "sakusaku", the other was a hentai, its available online, need to look up the title. But not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for...

Also, the Japanese drama "Dochi ga Dochi?" (Engl.: "Who is Who?") has two children swap bodies. It is on Youtube (first part: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1VAP5RomnWU).

Sorry, the movie I really meant to say is "Hilfe, ich bin ein Junge" (Help, I'm a boy!), which is also German and about the same time period, early 2000s. That's why I got confused. Anyway... thanks for your suggestions, I will take a look.

Is this the "Sakusaku" you mentioned later in your message? If not, would you remember these manga names?
