How do you know she will be possessed? Is this arc in the manga?

No, It's not manga. It's the anime. I've known from some spoiler
pictures on Instagram & Inojin has used Shintesin No Jutsu to Ino &
ChoCho

Found images. From how it’s looking from the pictures and from what
I’ve read from leaks, Inojin wants to get stronger and asks Cho
Cho, Ino, and Sai for help in the mind transfer technique, he tries
to transfer to Cho Cho and resist her urge to eat chips (and fails
hence the name of the episode “the mind transfer Jutsu that lost to
potato chips.) It definitely looks like he transfers into Ino
though. Knowing the series, it’s probably gonna be brief, and the
leaks said it focuses on a querel in Ino and Sai’s marriage.
