Long swaps and back

Does anyone know of any stories or media where a character switches genders or bodies. Stays in there new form for a long time and then swaps back to their original body and wants back to there new form?

reminds me of dating the enemy, an australian movie wherein a couple break up, transform into eachother a year later and spend quite some time, implied to be around a year or a couple of very long months, at one point the girl in the mans body decides she wants to leave the country for a work oportunity which would've effectively left them stuck, but its not explored, they just change back in the end as usual.

I think the manga Bitter Change would count. The boy and girl swap bodies when they're about 5 or 5 and remain until high school. There is an accident which causes them to return to their original bodies, and one of them begs to be swapped back if it would save the other. Near as I can tell they did remain in their original bodies, but if you wanted you could decide that they did swap back.
