What time does it happen in the episode?

From: Julie

Early on - maybe 10 mins in. But it is central to the story, not a
quick swap. You have to watch it!

Saw it they didn’t really explore the TG aspect of it although the
episode was kool.

From: guest (Zzzzzz)

I saw it. I think the reason behind the tg aspect not being
explored enough is because the guy who played the avatar of the
girl played the game a lot of times and used to being a girl. While
we saw his friend played it the first time and chosed a guy avatar,
he should have at least tried a girl avatar.

That was such a great episode. Highly, highly recommended. I think
this kind of thing is going to be very possible within the next 20
years, which makes me pretty excited, especially for people like
us, we were lucky to born in a time where it's possible.

How good is current vr tech right now? What are the chances of
seeing something like this in the next 20-30 years?

Pisses me off, as 20 years is probably past my expiration date
barring some miracle medical advances. But good luck to you
youngsters.
And it was a good episode.

@That Guy don't say that, I'm sure you live to see this technology
:)

VR technology needs a huge advacement in the next ten years.

I honestly think VR tech will see some pretty significant
breakthroughs in 10 years. Here's hoping anyway!
@#9 I own a HTC VR headset. It's definitely going places. VR chat
is a primitive experience but still a very exciting one, along with
countless other experiences either made for VR or adapted for it.
As for something like this in 20-30 years? In my opinion, very
possible.
There's also for people like us that are into the things we are
here, there's the absolutely entrancing experience of Virt-a-mate.
You're able to possess people and basically act out your fantasies.
It's coming along very nicely. I'd recommend looking it up if
you're interested. All in all, I think VR is one of the best things
to happen to a community like ours in... maybe forever.

I know there's cheap VR things you can buy at Wal-mart and you just
put your phone inside of it. Are there any vids that would kind of
simulate this affect?

There are POV vids where you're the girl. Don't know how good it
would be with just a cheap Vr thing tho

The cardboard VR gadgets are mostly to "dip your toes" into the
experience. An actual headset is significantly better, But I can
understand not wanting to shell out so much money for one.

This was an amazing episode. I thought it was a significantly
realistic portrayal of how VR is going to be, and how men in
particular will grapple with being able to express different
identities in VR.
I think this episode just comes to show that personal identity is
way more complex than how we typically think it is. Yes, men can
enjoy being women and having sex as them with other men in the VR,
but that doesn't necessarily indicate anything about them outside
the VR, other than the fact that identity is complicated as hell,
and different bodies/sensations spark different sides of ourselves.
