The new season is out on Netflix for those interested. It's about
time-travelers who take over bodies of people about to die.

Was there ever any indication that there were gender swaps in this
show?

A few very short ones in the first season.

Skimmed it, nothing stands out in season 3. Shame, show with good
potential but is lame

Is there any mtm/ftm in the series?

Definitely a lot of mtm content, but not really the focus. It's a
good sci-fi show though even without the tg content.

The show producer confirmed once that the travelers are transferred
into hosts of the same gender. The only real exception is Tappings
character.

It is worth noting that age and race tg are most likely prevalent
though. One of the characters is confirmed to be Caucasian
inhabiting an African-American woman’s body. Another character
(male) is considered the oldest of the group inhabiting the
youngest of the hosts.
