I'm planning on adopting a female internet persona to share my
fanworks. Just for the pure pleasure of self indigence of being a
girl.
Have any of you done anything similar?

Are you going to dress in drag or just make your profile to look
girlish?

My biggest fear is not being able to keep the facade for long.
Like, eventually befriending people and then having them asking for
pics or to join them in voice chats

I do it on WoW all the time.
Pretend not to have a mic so I can't talk.
I don't flirt, and don't make anything of it.
it's the "girls" that try to hard to be girls that no one believes

I used to do that VERY SERIOUSLY playing WoW as a teenager for a
few years. I had a fake history, persona, everything. I wouldn't
recommend doing it, because it's manipulative and will lead to
mental trauma and bad karma. Sorry to be a party pooper, but you
will regret it.. Unless the other person is in on it.
