of the top of my head there's:
genie in the house, out of our minds: a father and her daughter
switch bodies at first transforming into eachother and then
revealing it was a quantum leap style swap
there is also an episode of a twilight zone like series where in a
two male cops from the future transfer themselves into bodies of a
couple in the middle of sex while going after a criminal from the
future who transfers herself into an unsuccesful singer, its kinda
like quantum leap but its there original selves who apear in the
mirror, so not realy quantum leap like but in the same sort of vein

There’s currently a Youtube drama series called Narcoleap. It’s not
just leaping but it’s also just a pretty good show.

Carlitos. That episode isn’t from the twilight zone. It’s from “The
Outter Limits” episode is falling star I believe with Sheena
Easton. It is a great episode though

The X Files has Dreamland (parts 1 & 2) where Mulder does a
Quantum-Leap style swap with a shady government official (from
memory that's what he was?) and the Supernatural episode Swap Meat
has Sam switching with a teenager

You are going to like also "Boku wa Mari no Naka
" japanese FujiTV dorama.
Bussaba Rae Fun is the best one for today. So bad there isn't any
adaptations or remakes of this :'C

That’s pretty much the entire story of “Downtiming The Night Side”
by Jack L Chalker. Time traveling agent hops and bounces through
history, as a different person in each era.

There was also the movie Source Code. It was M2M, but I'd like to
see the concept done with a female protagonist, which might be the
case in an upcoming sequel.
Sidenote - they were originally going to do a Source Code series,
which might have had potential.

I think this is more in the "kind of" category, where people are
replaced by a newsreader. She doesn't gain their clothes when she
leaps into people, so much as her dress takes on the same colour
scheme as them.
