It certainly does to me and I'm not sure why.
I guess there's just nothing interesting in being another male, I
don't know...
What are your thoughts?

From a male point of view, it's not exactly something that piques
my interest.

I recently tried mtm RP and really enjoyed it. It is easy to
visualize and interesting still to assume another's life, and
everything that goes with it. I guess it's simpler to visualize the
MtF.

What's the context? Is it FtM and MtM in general or when they're
the basis of a caption, media, role play, etc? Also, are we talking
body swapping or turning into the male/female version of yourself?
I find the MtM more interesting when both persons affected are
adjusting and must assume the roles of each other. Especially when
both males have to (and are either permitted by the other male to
or must) keep up appearances of being the other person by
necessity.
That and/or their romantic partners are affected by their own MtM,
MtF, FtF, or FtM situations and are adapting alongside with their
partners.
FtM definitely piques my interests when it's a female who becomes
male and ends up becoming closer than they expected with their
friend/enemy coming out of the situation with a new perspective on
their friend/enemy.

FtM holds my interest only if there is MtF in the story also.
MtM, or FtF means nothing to me.

I enjoy better M2M because M2F is always the same that the men
can't handle the body and boobies and sex for the first time, etc
etc etc is cheap comedy everyone does.
But M2M is different for me because is get the chance to be seen
like someone different and how the world reacts depending your
looks

Yep . You are not the only one OP. M2M and F2M don't do anything
for me. F2F is where its at. F2F age changes and race changes are
the best IMO.

It certainly does to me and I'm not sure why.
Probably because, if you're like me, your interest is in M2F. I'm
already a guy so where's the appeal? F2F I can largely accept too
but F2M, M2M or anything that starts getting into anthro or furry
territory is pretty much completely off the table for me.

I guess it is just a matter of personal tastes.

I should've explained myself better.
I'm really into identity theft. It's my favorite type of TG.
But exclusively when it involves a female's identity being stolen.
When it's a man, it does nothing to me.
Weird. Oh well...

FtM holds my interest only if the new man tries to act and dress
girly and gets a boyfriend.

I think I'm weird, I prefer FtM. Something about the feminine form
taking on masculine aspects is interesting and exciting to me. I'm
attracted to the feminine form, so, seeing that become masculine
and then all involved parties having to "deal" with that offers me
more than the more typical "random dude becomes random girl".
I guess it comes down to TF being more about the
reaction/consequences for me than the actual final form.

I only like MTF.
MTM and FTF are kind of boring to me, because there isn't really
much to explore about their new bodies. FTM doesn't interest me
either, because i am male and male anatomy is not what i'm
attracted to.
