The story is basically about these 2 teenage male friends, maybe
even less than that, just acquaintances (Biff and Jon), who one day
are magically – out of nowhere – teleported to an alternate reality
where everybody perceives them as a mother and her toddler
daughter. They both still have their original male bodies, but
everyone treat and see them as females, so they have to act and
dress the part. As far as the rest of the world goes, no one else
notices anything out of the ordinary and when they look and them
just see their male bodies and think they are seeing a female one.
To make things even more interesting, as far the teenage who ends
up in the life/role of the toddler, Jon, reality is also shifted to
make him as weak as an actual toddler, there is also some law of
physics alterations, that take him as lightweight as a toddler, so
he basically is moved and carried it out as a real one and none one
else, despite his friend-turned-mother, can understand what he is
saying, everyone else just hear baby nonsense when he speaks. He is
trapped. Biff on the other hand now have to get used with being not
only an full blown adult, but a woman and a mother as hell.

This is actually a writing.com story, but it's somewhat lengthy.
Younger sister with magic powers makes her mother to treat her
brother as a toddler girl. Not only that, but she makes that her
brother has to obey and agree with every suggestion their mother
gives. Little by little he ends up having his mind reduced and
becoming nothing but a big baby.

I end up bumping with this movie and think people here will
appreciate, it's basically a short high school film, but it's about
one where gender roles are reversed, so boys and like girls and
girls act like boys. The name of the film is "Girls and Boys"
(2015). Someone post a link on a facebook group and i decided

Dude with magical device swaps boy's life with his teacher during a
school trip to a museum, later in the story he makes a swap
involving two families visiting the museum, one family of American
origin and the other Chinese: he swap the teenage boy from the
American family with the mother of the chinese family and the
mother of the American family he swaps with the teenage boy from
the chinese family.
