reflect.tech is interesting even though it's just for images. It is actually quicker/easier for shorter videos to run through a whole bunch of still images and then reanimate them than to do the whole process of "training" with a deepfake.

Konkaremote---on the Perry one, I noticed a few hotspots (bright white/pink/green spots) especially the last few frames. If the converter you use offers the option, choosing a lower histogram threshold will help that. It's usually the second or third option, always has a 0-255 range. Try 235 or 240.

Jessie: I like the idea of privately posting the images somewhere, provided it is understood that there is NO sharing outside the group and NO reposting of images to elsewhere. An invite-only Yahoo group, maybe? Even then, I worry that people will choose to ignore the rules.
