Also when the 2nd doctor was shown his choices for his next regeneration one of them was a woman

Pap,

Thanks for the link. I know nothing about Dr. Who, and thought that maybe the new doctor just started a new, not knowing who the were before.

It seems the new doctor is quite aware that he is now a she.

Hope they dig deeper into the differences she now experiences.

If I want to start watching Dr Who, should I start from the 1st season of the old ones from the 1970's, or the more recent reboot, or later on in the series?

From: Air Gear , 20 months, post #24
You can start with the first episode of the revival in 2005 ("Rose") with Christopher Eccleston but 2010's "The Eleventh Hour" with Matt Smith is also a good place to begin.

They were all male Moose.

has anyone seen any good TG comments of clips from the new regeneration?

Also, does the doctor usually comment on anything about his new body? I feel like the writers are going to purposely not have him comment on his body just to show it doesn’t affect anything, but i feel like that is a but annoying

@not a watcher{/b} #26 " ...does the doctor usually comment on anything about his new body?"

The comments are typically brief, and intended to be humorous. I think Peter Capaldi's was my favorite.

There have been episodes where various regenerations appear together -- the comments they make about each other's appearance/costume are also usually played for humorous effect.

So far very little acknowledgement of gender change regarding the overall episodes. She mostly just behaves as if she has been female forever.

I was just wondering yesterday if the Dr commented on her new body. Thanks.

Well she said couldn't get used to being called ma'am in Rosa Parks episode.

"I feel like the writers are going to purposely not have him comment on his body just to show it doesn’t affect anything, but i feel like that is a but annoying"

More than once, The Doctor has made mention that this isn't her first time in a female body, though it's "been a while." While it's never been SHOWN before, assuming she's not lying (rule #1, the Doctor lies), canon would state that being female wouldn't be a completely unfamiliar experience...

From: guest (JD Riley) , 9 months, post #35
I think it was actually about being a while since she had to buy women's clothing.

From: guest (TheStrangeOne2380) , 9 months, post #36
That was one comment. There have been others, both pre and post her latest regeneration.
