Are talking about laws in a fantasy possibility? Well... everything
is possible.
But I think that one cannot be held responsible for something that
s/he isn't aware. So, the body's original owner can be considered
the father, although not responsible for the child.
Think about internet. If your machine is used to hack a bank and
the thief stole millions, are you to be blamed?
It depends on your involvement with the situation. Did you gave
consent to the thief to use, knowing s/he would do that? Or your
machine were hacked as a decoy?

I am assuming that after getting the girl knocked up that there is
a return to the rightful body
if body swapping is known- say in the WildCards universe where
Jumpers swapped people around in the '90s that might be a viable
defense- "a Jumper stole my body and had sex with her."
but if body swapping is a not known- than "she switched bodies with
me," is going to get you a child support bill.
I would suspect that if all of a sudden this became real that the
first couple guys that fell victim to this would be found
responsible, after that it would be a toss up

In a real-world setting, you might be able to make the argument
that you didn't give consent due to being drugged or
choose-your-own bodyswap method. But I'm not a lawyer so I have no
idea how that factors into child support.

I think we're discussing two different aspects of fatherhood: the
legal aspect and the more... philosophical aspect, I guess? The
moral aspect?
I took the OP to be asking about the latter, since the former
depends on too many setting-specific variables, namely a) whether
the public at large knows that body-swapping exists and b) how
society has decided to handle the legal aspects around
body-swapping.
Philosophically/morally/whatever, I would say that the woman is the
father. We don't hold bodies accountable for actions; we hold
people--that is, minds, consciousnesses, souls,
whatever--accountable.
One way to think about it. Suppose, in a universe where
body-swapping is a common phenomenon, Person A committed murder and
switched bodies with Person B to escape. Assuming the body swap
could be proven, we would not hold Person B accountable for the
murder just because they're in the body that committed the murder;
we would hold Person A accountable. The same is true in the case of
fathering a child. Bodies aren't responsible for actions; the
people controlling those bodies are responsible.
Back to the legal question, in a universe where people know that
body-swapping is possible, I imagine that laws would evolve
according to that principle.
